Made by DVELP: the Google Next CCAI demo

Tom

If you get to know us it will come as no surprise to you that our favourite week of Google Next this year is set to be the Cloud AI week.

DVELP is a team of developers and consultants specialising in AI and Automation for contact centres. We work with technology partners Twilio and Google Cloud to automate away informational and repetitive queries, to reduce Average Handling Time, to support agents in real time, to provide unprecedented insight to managers and to boost customer engagement.

We have a deep understanding of Google’s solution sets and a strong relationship with their product teams. As accredited Google Cloud Partners, we are privileged to share increased access to Google’s cutting edge resources and visibility into product roadmaps and new features with our clients.

Though Google have only just released their CCAI package, we are already experienced with its component parts. For example, with Marks & Spencer we reduced store call volumes by 50% by routing more than 7 million calls through Dialogflow (a product that now sits at the centre of Google CCAI). You can read Google’s case study of our project here.

In fact, Google actually asked us to build the demo for the CCAI State of the Union given by Antony Passemard (Head of Product for Conversational AI at Google Cloud) at Next this year. Be sure to add it to your playlist: it’s breakout session AI114 in week 8.

2020 has already been a big year for DVELP. Only a few months ago we became a part of Sabio Group, adding a wider ecosystem of support and services for our enterprise level customers. We’re working on some awesome new projects, including one for Google themselves - we can’t wait until we’re allowed to talk about them publicly.

We’re excited to make new friends at Google Next this year (and lockdown is no obstacle for a remote-first business!). We welcome you to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Twitter or LinkedIn. If you want to pick our brains for your upcoming project using Google CCAI, we’d love to schedule a Hangout with you - just fill in our contact form.

We look forward to meeting you!
