Product Designer (UI/UX)

We work with leading brands like Nike, M&S, Soho House and Twilio helping them to build secure, robust platforms for highly sensitive data.

Our experience ranges from designing and delivering end-to-end digital banking solutions, through to bespoke internal communication tools for the hospitality sector. We deliver world-class solutions for our partners as well as developing our own products.

We’re currently hiring for a designer to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves to create beautiful products that people enjoy using. You will be part of the product team throughout the process, participating in agile ceremonies and driving the continuous improvement of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with clients and engineers to understand product requirements
  • Facilitating product discovery, including workshops, research and analysis
  • Mapping out key customer journeys
  • Creating working prototypes
  • Collaborative user-story writing with product and engineering
  • Creating and managing assets and style guides for developers
  • Ongoing product ownership throughout the delivery process

About You

  • You have at least 3 years professional experience in UX / UI design
  • You have experience working directly with engineers as part of an agile delivery team
  • You’re comfortable being involved in the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to delivery and ongoing improvements
  • You can understand business goals and make solid proposals for products which will deliver real value to our clients
  • You have experience working directly with clients or key stakeholders
  • You’re comfortable using a range of design tools depending on the needs of the team and project (Adobe CC, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin or similar)
  • You actively seek responsibility for the quality of products you create
  • Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (desirable)
  • A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to design for all screen sizes from mobile to desktop
