Deja Vu is rethinking loyalty. Anjalee Sewpaul, CEO and founder of Deja Vu, believes that loyalty is worth more than a discount once you've collected 10 stamps. She wants to reinterpret loyalty rewards in an experiential way and to equip restaurant owners with better data about their loyal customers. We spoke to Anjalee about how she is trying to change our attitude to loyalty and how we can exchange it for rewards without reducing it to a financial transaction.
